Case study

A local business support company asked us to review their gas and electricity contracts.  When Utilinet presented the price comparisons for both energy supplies the Operations Manager informed us that their current supplier had offered what appeared to be a ‘better deal’.  Their supplier had provided ‘headline rates’ which can be rather deceiving.  On calculating what the company had been quoted on an annual basis, this alleged better deal was in fact more expensive than all the quotations provided by Utilinet.
